Powerflute Oyj is a packaging group with established positions in Nordic semi-chemical fluting and coated woodfree papers. The Group has two principal trading subsidiaries Savon Sellu Oy and Papierfabrik Scheufelen Gmbh & Co. KG

Savon Sellu operates a paper mill in Kuopio, Finland producing up to 300,000 tonnes per annum of Nordic semi-chemical fluting for use in the construction of premium quality corrugated board.

Papierfabrik Scheufelen, which was acquired by the Group on 1 January 2009, operates a paper mill in Lenningen, Germany producing up to 300,000 tonnes per annum of coated woodfree paper for use in premium quality printing applications.

Powerflute is listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and has a secondary listing on First North, the alternative market of the OMX Nordic Exchange.
